The Libyan Oil Institute (LPI) team on Tuesday, 27/09/2022, headed by Mr. Nabil Abdul Salam Al-Meliti, Head of the Seismic Treatment Team, accompanied by both members of the team, Mr. Abdulrahman Khalid Ajaj and Mr. Hussein Thabet, as part of its tour of the Arabian Gulf Oil Company, paid a visit to the Center for Modern Seismic Treatments for Geophysics Management, and was received by Mr. Abdul Hamid Al-Shahloul and Mr. Ahmed Al-Hassi, Controller of Geophysical Equipment, where he welcomed the guests,From the Libyan Oil Institute.
In a speech by Mr. Ahmed Al-Hassi, he pointed out that the Center for Modern Seismic Processors for the Department of Geophysics at the Arabian Gulf Oil Company is one of the advanced and modern centers where the platform and system of geophysical data processing Omega (OMEGA) of Schlumberger Petroleum Services, which is the first of its kind in the continent of Africa and the Middle East in terms of advanced seismic processing system, has been installed.
